So In Love was one of the last songs written for the Crush album. It was originally going to be dropped until Martin Cooper persuaded Andy and Paul to demo it .

"It's about the painful end of a relationship. When I was younger, I used to be the one that got chucked over, so I decided since then I should be the one to do the chucking" Andy (Record Mirror 1985)

"It was our very first American hit. After five years of trying to break America, we finally did it with this one, and it felt just as exciting as the first time we had a hit in England" Paul Humphreys

Concrete Hands refers back to when Andy first met his girlfriend. While on tour he sent her regular postcards which she kept. Andy subsequently used the lines written on the cards to compose the lyrics of the song.

Maria Gallante takes its title from a Carribean island near Montserrat.

White Trash was taken from the album Junk Culture and was recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon on 3rd October1984.

This initial release was a limited edition double-pack in gatefold sleeve. Approximately 50,000 copies were produced.

The theme of the sleeve design, as well as the promo video, was influenced by the Mexican Day Of The Dead festival.

The run-out groove on the B-Side states: "OK Twinkle".
