Another picture disc marketing ploy (and OMD's first 12" picture disc) which helped So In Love's chart progress.

This release featured the same extended version featured on VS766/14 often referred to as the 'Special American Dance Remix'.

The picture disc was issued in an acetate sleeve with a sticker stating 'Normal 12" Price Limited Edition Extended Remix Picture Disc'.

The skeleton graphic used on the B-Side is taken from the design used on the gatefold for the 7" double-pack release.

The run-out grooves on the A-Side read: "OK Twinkle".
