Sitting in the hotel waiting for the sound check in Brussels. Really looking forward to the Ancient Belgique. And seeing a few old friends after the show including La Femme Accident (and her 17 yr old daughter.. just to make us feel even older!). Germany was wonderful.. all standing venues and great atmospheres. Probably Leipzig and Berlin were our favourites, but all were fantastic. Hamburg, Hannover and Cologne were so full and hot on stage it was brutal.. I hate to imagine how it was in the crowd!

 

Luxemburg yesterday was a real little gem. Small venue, house PA hardly any lights but what a relaxed and positive vibe.

 

Mirrors have been going down really well.. deservedly so. We now have advance copies of their album.. totally recommended.

 

Only 3 left now :-(  but the knee will be happy, though I dread what it will feel like when the cortisone wears off.
