A couple more, as I do ...
White (19th February, Edinburgh) because it is White - The Most Exciting Live Band in Britain
Oh Wonder (10th March, Glasgow) an interesting debut sound. I wonder what they will be like live

Well, why not? After all, it is the whole of Dazzle Ships (for the first time ever) followed by the whole of Architecture And Morality
OMD (9th May at The Royal Albert Hall in London)

Yes, this ...
Bryan Adams (7th August in Montrose) yes, in Montrose; a teeny weeny seaside town super-glued to the east coast of Scotland, half way between Dundee & Aberdeen. All together now - "I got my first real six-string ..."

Graham Bonnet (5th February, Glasgow) he is THE voice of Rainbow (not Joe Lynn Turner)

Graham Bonnet was good I agree, but you are forgeting THE Voice of Rainbow was the late great Ronnie James Dio.

Joe Lynn Turner`s voice is to wimpy/poppy for rock music in my opinion, how he managed to join bands like Rainbow and Deep Purple I will never understand.

So far
Suede. Manchester Albert Hall
From The Jam. Stockton Arc
The Icicle Works. Stockton Arc
OMD. RAH
Adam Ant. Liverpool Philharmonic
I'd write and tell you that I've burnt them all.

But you never send me your address and I've.

I've kept them anyway.

It is amazing how long you can wait to see a band for the first time
Heart (2nd July in Glasgow) I first heard of them way back in 1982. 34 years later ...

Forgot about this as its REALLY far in the future, but sometime in the last month we booked

John Carpenter - 31 October Troxy, London

SO jazzed- The Fog is one of my most favorite movie scores ever and he will be playing that as well as some of his other scores and new, unreleased compositions. We got to see his sidekick Alan Howarth this Halloween, but to see the man himself is something I never thought would be possible.

Some more -
WHITE (01/03/2016, Brighton) because it is WHITE
WHITE (02/03/2016, London) well, I will be in the vicinity - it would be rude not to go
Nothing But Thieves (07/04/2016, Glasgow) their rock songs are superb (quite like Muse actually) but their ballads are rather dull. I hope it will be more rock than ballad
Fish (09/04/2016, Newcastle) I missed seeing him in Glasgow due to a gig clash. He will be playing the whole of Misplaced Childhood
Brew At The Bog Festival (03/06/2016 and 04/06/2016, near Inverness) a nice line up containing WHITE, amongst others. Yes, you are seeing a pattern here!
Jess And The Bandits (02/05/2016, Edinburgh) home-grown unashamedly total Country Rock. YEE-HAR but they do sing great songs!
Gareth Emery (13/02/2016, Glasgow) I am still not entirely sure how a work colleague persuaded me to go to this ...

I have recently purchased tickets to go see: Jukebox the Ghost on Feb 9 and then Genevieve on March 18th. She's going to be supporting some band called "A Great Big World" which I know nothing about.
I dance about ships and airplanes.

Something a bit more cultural - the Philip Glass opera Akhnaten - Coliseum on 12 March ( I think). Cheap seats but just going along to hear really!
