Is it available in other formats, and is it worth the money?

As for whether its worth it I suppose it depends on what sort of collector you are. If you just want the JD set its a fairly common bootleg. The NO stuff has been available for years. I will see if I have the JD bootlrg and post a sample for you to listen to.
