What are your 'Reasons to be Cheerful'?

Postby Salbunch » Tue Nov 22, 2011 6:01 pm

Things have been a bit rubbish for Hannah and I of late, but today I decided to focus on the positives in my life; the things that cheer me up and make me realise that it's not as bad as all that.

So, here's a thread to celebrate some of the things that have a positive impact on my life and I look forward to seeing other people's 'Reasons to be Cheerful' - with or without pictures :D

Of course, Dancing and Singing are most definitely on the list; there are no words to describe how they make me feel. I will not, however be posting pictures of me engaged in either activity

I know nothing stays the same,
But if you're willing to play the game
It will be coming around again.

Sal is it only me or does your Dad look like Nick from The Apprentice?

Hope things buck up for you & Hannah - it must be the time for having a bit of a rubbish time its rather similar here too - will have to go away & think about my reasons to be cheerful.

There is a passing resemblance to Nick, but my dad is MUCH more handsome than him. 8)

Two brilliant reasons to be cheerful, Helen :D

And Fooey, congratulations  I've got one out of the three - I suppose it could be worse

Top on the list is my sister! Aside from a few distant relatives (that we don't really keep in touch with other than a passive Xmas and/or B-day card) she's really the only family I have which makes holidays quite laid back and casual but I'd be lost without her and we're best friends besides sisters so... :D :D :D

After that, well, I'm with Salbunch about the friends thing!

The year of music, travel and concerts..that'll keep me smiling for a lifetime! :D :D :D

OH, gosh, can't forget my canine loves....my cat Ariel and the dogs at the daycare....many a time their unconditional love has cheered me up!

 no pictures to post though...I'm on my sisters computer.

Great reasons Lori. Some pictures would be nice when you're on your own computer - especially the 'doggies' :D

Fooey, it's the only one you can safely do in public

Very happy to hear that Helrose. You must feel a big relief that you finally found something.
There's a hole in my head with my thoughts pouring through.

Haha - if you notice, I did say safely do in public - that narrows it down to one in my opinion

Bad luck on getting caught, btw
