There are two specific books on OMD. The first was an unofficial biography written by Mike West and published in 1982. The second book was a more detailed and official biography written by Johnny Waller and Mike Humphreys and published in 1988. A third book currently titled Archive is being researched by Paul Browne and is due for release in the near future. |

| What is Walk Away? | |||
During the interim period between OMD splitting and Andy relaunching the band, Arthur Baker offered Andy a chance to contribute lyrics to a song Baker had written. The finished song Walk Away featured on the 1989 album Merge by Arthur Baker And The Backbeat Disciples which also featured contributions from Martin Fry, Jimmy Sommerville and Ettienne Daho. | Who are Atomic Kitten? | |||
Atomic Kitten are Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw's girl-band project that originally started out as Honeyhead. Andy and Stuart wrote and produced material for the 3-girl outfit that consists of Jenny Frost, Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon. Atomic Kitten have enjoyed a lot of success both in the UK and abroad, notably with their No. 1 single Whole Again. As of 2002, Andy and Stuart were no longer working with the girls due to legal issues. More information on Atomic Kitten's releases are available in the dedicated section on the OMD Discography. |

| Who are Engine Records? | |||
Engine Records is a production company/record label set up in 1999 by Andy McCluskey, Stuart Kershaw and Martin O'Shea (manager of Atomic Kitten). The label has been responsible for assisting a number of local Liverpool bands including Trilby and Chiver. |
