As regular visitors will be aware, Mal Holmes suffered a heart attack last year. Mal has also recently undergone a heart bypass operation and is currently recovering and taking it easy.

OMD fans will naturally want to pass on their best wishes to Mally for a speedy recovery which you can do so by post, // ?subject=Mal Holmes">email and the OMD Forum.

Updates over on the Unofficial OMD Covers site from Jim Shilts: There's a cover version of Souvenir by Quiet Life while plans for the next We Love You covers album are stepping up with April scheduled as the deadline for submitting tracks. Jim also mentions that the sleeve design will be by Bo "Bosse" Nordin.

Martin Cooper now has a portfolio website showcasing his work. The site features a Biography, Portfolio presenting some of Martin's best paintings and also a Shop section for people to buy prints and art cards. The site can be viewed here: www.martincooper.uk.com

Issue 4 of Messages - The OMD Magazine is currently in production.

The new issue will feature interviews with Paul Humphreys, Andy McCluskey and Mal Holmes talking about Organisation along with all the regular features, news, stories and reviews. More details to follow.

Michael Bachmeier is considering the idea of a dedicated album of OMD remixes following on from his remix of Telegraph as previously reported here on the OMD news page.
