All change again for OMD's National Lottery Show appearance.  Apparently the BBC bean counters have calculated that a 2-man band costs less than a 4-man band and have decided to stick with the original plan of having just Andy and Paul performing.

More on OMD's planned appearance on The National Lottery Show here in the UK. Apparently the BBC want the *whole* band to perform. Unfortunately, Mal Holmes will be in South Africa but Stuart Kershaw will be on drums backing up Martin Cooper, Paul and Andy forming 3/4 of the classic OMD line-up - the first performance for at least 12 years.

OMD are also featured on TOTP2 on BBC2 here in the UK this Saturday (27th Feb).

OMD will be appearing on The National Lottery Show here in the UK on BBC1 on the 3rd March. Andy and Paul will be performing the original version of Enola Gay, although it will be edited down to 3 minutes to fit in with the format of the show.

Andy's promotional trip to Greece was very successful and was made all the more so by the fact that some of the Virgin contacts there are die-hard OMD fans. Andy was enroute to Athens with one of the Virgin crew who insisted that Andy tell him the lyrics to Navigation. Imagine the scene with Andy in a speeding car hastily trying to remember the words - many of which had originally been made up on the spot anyway back in 1982 - and scribbling them down as they drove....

As you've probably noticed, the OMD Website is undergoing some big changes. Over the course of the next week or so we'll be uploading each section of the website in its new improved format. Bear with us while we make the changes!

Fin Music - the website venture of Mal Holmes - has recently been updated. Fin is a music site working with new artists that features downloadable songs in Liquid Audio format. At the moment. the site features downloadable copies of some of the rarer Listening Pool tracks.
