Meanwhile, OMD Forum regular taoyoyo has embarked on a generous gesture : he's making available his personal copy of the 1988 OMD Biography Messages for OMD fans that haven't read it yet:

"i thought it might be cool to send my copy on an around the world sight-seeing trip to various omd fans who also wanted to read it and didn't have copies. the idea being that one person reads it and then mails it on to the next and so forth... various items might be added along the way (photos and a-hem, messages... *shrug*) and it might even make it back to me at some point! (though i figure that it's the journey that's important and not necessarily the destination )"
taoyoyo also adds that anyone who wants to take part in this idea should make themselves know via the OMD Forum.
