Mal Holmes keeps us up
to date with one of the recent projects he's been involved with: A recording session for
a new Bill And Ben single. The BBC are predicting big things for the relaunched cult children's TV stars with the single already pre-selling 40,000 copies. Mal and a friend helped out and provided the facilities for an emergency recording session when the BBC wanted John Thompson (Fast
Show, Cold Feet and now the voice of Bill And Ben)
to re-record parts of the song.
Jim Shiltz writes with details of an addition
to the Unofficial OMD Covers
website: The new track is a cover version of Sealand
performed by The Centroid.

Adrian Bradshaw writes with details of redesign work on the Unofficial OMD Covers website. The layout and style of the website has been updated and the Music in the Style of OMD section has been added. Adrian comments:
"This is an chance for all our contributors to
show us what they do when they are not recording OMD
songs. To get the ball rolling, Jim and I have
contributed tracks, and we have a superb track from
Invisible College. Watch out for more original music
very soon."
The site has also added their longest remix yet with a marathon 6 minute 24 second remix of
Julia's Song. This new remix is from new contributor Koen (Koenrad Antonius Kroeze).

Neil Taylor has closed the Forum on the Motion And Heart website. Although Neil hasn't ruled out opening it again in the future, he says he's too busy with other projects at the moment to look after the forum. The Motion And Heart website remains open as ever and you can access the site here: www.motionandheart.co.uk. |
