This site explores the history of the bands in great detail and also touches on other early Liverpool bands such as Mr Grumbold. Interesting anecdotes and photos provide a rare glimpse into the early Liverpool scene.

Electric Dreams is a London based club event which concentrates on 80's synthpop. The music includes OMD as well as Depeche Mode, Gary Numan, Soft Cell, Human League, New Order, Kraftwerk and more.

The club takes place at various London venues, including The Purple Turtle, Camden and at Turnmills, Clerkenwell.

Bob Hanley is responsible for this website which he says is for the purpose of promoting his own band: "We have always been great fans of OMD and in fact, it is wholly due to my love for OMD's music that I write music. We started out as an OMD cover band (named VCLXI) and moved on to writing original material".

The band have also submitted tracks to the Unofficial OMD Covers Website.

US-based synthpop magazine that have featured OMD in previous issues - including an interview with Paul Humphreys. Lexicon are also instrumental in the Messages OMD tribute album.
