A window on the past as we present both a poster and a live pic from the Deeply Vale concert. The event, which took place on July 22-24th 1977, featured the pre-OMD outfit Pegasus and the photo below shows a young Andy McCluskey alongside Duncan Lewis on bass and John Bleasdale on guitar.

More OMD concert news: A further date has been added to the forthcoming Simple Minds tour. The concert takes place at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre on Saturday 12th December 2009 as part of their Graffiti Soul Tour.

The recorded performance of Maid Of Orleans will be aired next Friday on the German TV show Ultimate Chart Show.

OMD will be travelling to Cologne this Sunday for a recording on Monday of the Ultimate Chart Show TV programme for RTL. The show will be celebrating the biggest Hits of 50 years of the German charts.

OMD will be performing Maid Of Orleans for the show and the band will feature Andy McCluskey, Paul Humphreys, Mal Holmes and Martin Cooper.
