Thanks for all those that have contributed so far to the request for the Messages on-stage video as previously flagged up. The results so far look fantastic and we'll look at options to actually showcase the video here on the OMD Website in the near future to give you a flavour of the forthcoming live shows.

Meanwhile, Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys are due to fly to Rotterdam in November to begin rehearsals for the forthcoming Nokia Night Of The Proms performances.

A brief update on some recent releases that might be of interest to OMD fans:

OMD's live performance from 1979's Leigh Valley Festival is now available as part of a CD compilation. The album also features performances from Joy Division, Teardrop Explodes and A Certain Ratio.

North By North West: Liverpool & Manchester from Punk to Post-Punk & Beyond 1976-1984, Paul Morley's compilation CD celebrating the Liverpool/Manchester music scene includes an OMD contribution in the form of Electricity. Other artists featured include Dalek I Love You and Joy Division. The CD is also available as a special edition with a bonus CD.
