Meanwhile, Eternal Flame has achieved another No.1 - this time in Sweden.

Best wishes to Stuart Kershaw, who's unfortunately been involved in a car accident recently. Although Stuart didn't have any serious injuries, he has been out of action this week.

Atomic Kitten made a rare appearance in Liverpool this week, so Andy took advantage and got the girls in to record some vocals on the new material!

As promised, Pat Fetty adds more video clips to his World Of OMD website - this time from the 1997 OMD Convention in Liverpool. Pat has also added more sheet music including Joan Of Arc, Maid Of Orleans and Souvenir.

Forum regular BlueBird is trying to organise a Fan Gathering on the South Coast, around Southampton or Portsmouth. Gary wants to get an idea about numbers and is also considering a coach run to join one of the future northern Fan Gatherings. Pat Fetty adds more sheet music to his World Of OMD website including Electricity, Messages and Enola Gay. Pat also adds that he'll be adding more video clips to his site in the next few days.

Pretending To See The Future - the new OMD tribute album from the Shelflife label features some interesting variations on OMD classics. The general approach appears to more of an indie/garage pop feel. Stand out tracks include Bunker Soldiers by Mahogany, Souvenir by Brittle Stars and 2nd Thought by Object Orientated.

The Compiled website has been taken down " to facilitate some changes to incorporate the user who claims to have some framing difficulties". We will post up details of the new website address as soon as we have them.

One of the bands that Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw have been working with are Trilby - a 3 piece guitar band that Andy and Stuart have been helping out in a production role. The band now have their own website at www.trilbyrock.com which is still in development, but gives a preview of what the band is about.

Neil Taylor has been doing some background work on the OMD Chat Page and asks that anyone who has previously registered to do so again, otherwise they may have problems in logging in for a chat session.

Mal Holmes is keeping busy with Finmusic but is also working on a new venture called muzic2burn.com - a searchable music database of downloadable tracks (in Liquid Audio format) that can be bought online. The website features a wide variety of artists including The Listening Pool, Bob Marley, Badly Drawn Boy, Groove Armada and The Barenaked Ladies to name but a few. The site is running in a trial mode at the moment but Mal adds that it should be up and running by the end of the month. Drop by www.muzic2burn.com to check it out. Copies of The Listening Pool's album Still Life are also still available directly from www.finmusic.com.

The Links section has been reworked with some graphic amendments and updates.

Just a note to say that the domains for both the Compiled site and the Mistereality site were changed last night. The sites were originally housed under the licensehouse.co.uk domain but have now been switched directly to cheaky.com. This might have caused problems for people accessing the sites but please note that Mistereality is accessible via either www.cheaky.com/clients/ph or mistereality.com and Compiled via either www.cheaky.com/clients/compiled/ or compiled.org.uk .

The Q&A section has now been updated with brand new Q&A's. As well as Andy McCluskey answering new queries about OMD's history and records, the entire Q&A section has been reworked with the Q&A's broken down into specific themes.
